You never know what’s out there until you experience it for yourself.  I remember playing Call of Duty on vacation one time, where the player was sent to capture a target in a favela in Rio de Janeiro. I also remember seeing exotic pictures of beautiful jungles and terrible creatures roaming the amazon in magazines. Yet beyond these two memories, I knew absolutely nothing about Brazil. For all I knew, Brazil was a giant jungle or a giant slum. I also had never heard a word of Portuguese. But wait, aren’t all Brazilians good at soccer? Oh and I heard they have a treasure trove of unbelievably beautiful women there. But wait, I thought it was a jungle? Oh, what difference does it make. Continue reading
